BAR-B-QUE BRISKET 
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Liquid Smoke
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. celery seed
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. barbecue sauce
4-6 lb. brisket

Mix all ingredients to make marinating sauce. Pour sauce over brisket, seal tightly in heavy duty foil and refrigerate overnight. Allow the brisket to reach room temperature the next morning. Place in pan in oven and cover with foil. Bake at 225 degrees for 4 to 5 hours. Put on barbeque grill outside for 30 minutes.
