CHICKEN MARSALA 
1 pkg. chicken cutlets
1 stick butter
1 pkg. mushrooms, sliced
Flour
Oil
Salt
1 1/2 c. Marsala Wine

Mix salt and small amount of flour. Dust chicken with mixture. Brown chicken in very hot oil, about 7 minutes each side. Remove from pan, put in bowl. Wipe pan. Return chicken and juice in bowl to pan, add butter, and sliced mushrooms. Let cook over low heat about 15 minutes. Add wine and simmer 5 more minutes.
