COUNTDOWN CASSEROLE 
1 jar 8 oz. Processed Cheese Spread
3/4 cup Milk
2 Cups (12 oz.) Roast Beef, cubed, cooked
1 Bag (16 oz.) Frozen Vegetables (broc., corn, red pepper), thawed and drained
4 Cups Frozen Hash Browns, thawed
1 can (28 oz.) French's French Fried Onions
1/2 tsp. Seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Spoon cheese spread into 9x12 pan and place in oven until cheese melts. Stir in milk until well blended. Stir in beef, vegetables, hash browns, 1/2 can french fried onions and seasonings.

Bake covered 375°F for 30 minutes or until heated through. Top with cheddar cheese and sprinkle with remaining onions down the center.

Bake uncovered for 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
