CHICKEN CRAN TAN 
2 (2 to 3 1/2 lb.) broiler-fryer
1 (6 oz.) can frozen tangerine juice, undiluted (orange may be substituted)
1 (1 lb.) can Ocean Spray whole cranberry sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. accent

Place cut up chicken on broiler rack or in bottom of roaster pan with rack. Brush with half the melted butter and place under broiler 7 to 10 minutes. Turn chicken, brush with rest of melted butter and broil 7 to 10 minutes. Mix cranberry sauce, tangerine juice (or orange), thawed in bowl. Add salt, pepper, brown sugar, mustard and accent. Cover chicken with sauce mixture. Return to 350 degree oven. Bake 30 to 45 minutes until tender.

Serves 8.
