3/4 c. shortening
1 c. tomato soup
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour

NOTE: No eggs needed.

Cream shortening and sugar. Combine soup, soda, water, add to the creamed mixture alternately with the dry ingredients. Add raisins, nuts, and vanilla. Mix well. Bake in greased and floured cake pans, about 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
