PUMPKIN BARS 
4 eggs
2 c. white sugar
1 c. oil
3/4's of a big can pumpkin (solid mix)
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together thoroughly eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin. Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix together until blended and pour into a jelly roll pan.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes. Use toothpick test for done.

Frosting:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
4 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix together all ingredients until smooth and frost pumpkin bars.
