TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and browned
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 tomatoes
1 sm. onion
1 head lettuce
1 Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 bottle Thousand Island
1 c. tortilla chips
1 can kidney beans

Cook and drain ground beef. Add taco seasoning and simmer 2 minutes. Add all the remaining ingredients and toss. Keep refrigerated.
