POLISH NUT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Bake 35 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter

Beat and add 1/4 cup nuts. Put on warm cake.
