IOWA POTATOES 
32 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 tbsp. butter

Saute onion in butter. Mix soup and sour cream. Add onion, cheese and potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
