1 pkg. Polish sausage (I recommend Eckrich Polish)
Homemade or boughten noodles

Cut up potatoes into small cubes. Slice Polish sausage. Cook together in a Dutch oven pan in salted water until potatoes are tender. Homemade noodles or use boughten noodles and cut into small squares. Add the potatoes and cook until noodles are done. Delicious.
