CHEMOZETTE 
1 1/2 lb. lean pork ground
1 lg. can tomatoes
3 lg. onions, chopped
4 pieces celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 pkg. egg noodles
3/4 c. Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

In frying pan, saute chopped vegetables in a little butter. Add meat and lightly brown. Salt and pepper to taste. Add tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes. Cook noodles as package directs. Drain and combine with meat mixture and cheese. Pour into a casserole and grate more cheese over the top. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
