LEN'S AND BRIAN'S FAVORITE FRIED
BREAD
 
Take a loaf of frozen bread dough and let thaw in refrigerator overnight (covered). Next morning, slice loaf in 1/2-inch slices. Pull and work with hands until dough is thin and about the size of a saucer. Fry in hot oil in skillet until puffed and brown on both sides. Serve with butter. You can add syrup, sugar, whatever you would like as a topping.
