BAKED ZITI 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. ziti
2 lbs. ground beef
2 onions, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 jars (32 oz. each) spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. red wine (optional)
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. (8 oz. each) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Prepare pasta as directed on package; cook only 7 minutes then drain. Brown beef, onions, and garlic; drain. Mix cooked beef, pasta, spaghetti sauce, wine, and seasonings in a large bowl. Pour into 13 x 9 inch baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
