PASTA SALAD 
DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. Bold & Spicy mustard
1/4 c. sliced green onions (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
2 c. pasta shells

1 tbsp. oil
2 c. shredded lettuce
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
2 c. chopped ham
1 (12 oz.) pack of peas, thawed
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Layer lettuce, shells, eggs, ham, peas, cheese, dressing on top. Sprinkle parsley on top.
