CHERRY DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 container (12 oz.) non-dairy whipped topping
1 can (19 oz.) cherry pie filling

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a medium bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Spread evenly into bottom of a baking pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool.

3. Meanwhile in a large bowl, beat together sugar and cream cheese. Fold in topping and mix well. Spoon filling into pie crust. Refrigerate to let set. Spread cherry pie filling on top of pie and refrigerate for 24 hours.
