1 lb. phyllo dough
2 lbs. Muenster cheese, chopped up with salt added
2 sticks melted butter

Open dough and brush sheet with butter. Place another sheet on top and repeat. Cut sheet into 4 strips across width. Place cheese at bottom of each strip and fold up like a flag. Try to fold tightly to seal edges. Place on cookie sheet and brush each with butter and bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes until lightly brown and cheese is melted. Can be made and frozen or refrigerated. Bring to room temperature before you separate or remove from wax paper or tray.
