LEMON CHEESE BARS 
1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix dry cake mix, one of the eggs and cooking oil until crumbly. Reserve one cup. Press remaining mixture lightly into an ungreased 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and remaining egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer, sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture and bake 15 minutes longer. Cool and cut into bars.
