1 (8 oz.) soft Cheddar

Mix above.

1 tsp. green pepper
Dash salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. white wine
1 c. ground pecans

Chill well in the form of flat ball - cover with pecans.
