CHEESY VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 med. cans Veg-All, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 - 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Cook onion and celery in a little butter until tender.

TOPPING:

1 1/2 tubes of Townhouse crackers, crushed

Mix into 1 stick of melted butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Mix well (also add a little cornstarch, maybe a tablespoon). Mix with water to a thin paste to the above ingredients. Not topping.
