3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello (any flavor)
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour and baking powder. Cream butter and sugar, add Jello, beat well. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture. Mix well. Force dough through cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with additional Jello, same flavor. Bake at 400 degrees about 8 minutes or until edges are golden brown. If no cookie press, roll by teaspoons into balls and flatten with fork. Makes 10 dozen, 1 to 1 1/2 inch cookies.
