CHICKEN SALAD 
1 whole chicken breast
2 tsp. sesame seeds
2 tsp. slivered almonds
1/2 head raw Napa cabbage
2 green onions
1/2 pkg. top Ramen noodles

DRESSING:

3 tsp. rice wine vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry Coleman's mustard
2 tsp. sesame oil

Cook chicken breast (bake, roast, poach). Shred breast, slice cabbage thinly, chop crush noodles. Then toss in a large bowl. For dressing, mix all ingredients except oil in small bowl. Then add oil a little at a time, mixing well. Add dressing to large bowl and toss a second time.
