LOW CALORIE DIP 
16 oz. cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice

Place all ingredients into blender. Serve with raw vegetables: carrots, celery, green pepper, cauliflower, broccoli, squash, or radishes.

This makes a colorful dish.
