PUMPKIN BREAD 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. oil
5 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. raisins
2 c. pumpkin
2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding mix

Cream sugars and oil. Add eggs and beat well. Gradually mix in dry ingredients and pudding mix and mix well. Stir in pumpkin, nuts and raisins. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Bake in greased and floured pans (3 loaf pans or 1 loaf pan and 1 tube pan.)
