CHERRY TARTS 
4 (3 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 sticks of butter
2 c. flour
1/3 c. powdered sugar
Sm. container of Cool Whip

Mix 2 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, 2 sticks butter, and 2 cups flour. Press into tart pans and bake like pie crust. Should make 48 tarts. For filling mix 2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese with powdered sugar. Add Cool Whip. Line the tarts with this mixture. Drop pie cherries in the middle.
