"BURGUERS" 
2 lb. ground beef
1 egg (beaten)
1/4 c. milk
1/4 bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 slices cheese
8 hamburger buns

Combine beaten eggs, milk, bread crumbs and all seasoning. Add ground beef. Form 8 patties. Grill over medium coals for about 5 minutes each side, for medium rare burgers, 2 more minutes each side for well done.

Place 1 slice of cheese over each pattie and serve on warm bread with ketchup.
