SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast (regular or rapid rise)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. hot tap water
4 tbsp. oil
3 c. flour

Mix and put a little oil in a deep bowl and let the dough rise to double. Fry and crumble sweet or hot Italian sausage. Break dough in half for sausage bread. Roll out to a rectangle. Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, crushed red pepper, grated Italian cheese, crumbled fried Italian sausage and Mozzarella cheese, grated.

Roll in jelly roll fashion, folding ends over. Put on oiled cookie sheet and pat top with oil. Make the second loaf the same way. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 or 20 minutes until it is all brown. NOTE: Dough can also be used to make pizza.
