2 c. unsifted flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 c. boiling water

Sift together flour, sugar, soda, cocoa, and salt. Blend in oil and buttermilk. Add eggs, mixing well. Add boiling water, mixing well. (Batter will be thin.)
