WIENERSCHNITZEL 
8 veal or boneless pork chops
Bread crumbs
Flour
Eggs
Salt

Tenderi ze meat; salt and cut 1/2 an inch from each edge of the meat inside. Dip into beaten egg, after well coating meat with flour. Then coat with bread crumbs. Fry in oil in a large skillet on medium to low heat covered with a lid until golden brown. Then turn it over and fry until golden brown with no lid.
