PISTACHIO COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water

CINNAMON MIXTURE:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. walnuts

Mix all above ingredients well. Pour 1/2 batter into well greased and floured bundt pan. Top batter with cinnamon mixture. Pour remaining 1/2 batter over cinnamon mixture. Swirl with knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Enjoy!
