CHILLED CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon or lime gelatin
1 c. boiling water
2 c. chopped cooked broccoli
1 (16 oz.) container dairy sour cream
1 1/2 c. ice cubes (about 9 lg.)
1/3 c. sliced scallions
1/3 c. finely chopped radishes

In electric blender container, add gelatin and boiling water; blend 30 seconds or until dissolved. Add broccoli, sour cream, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Stir in scallions and radishes. Chill 1 hour or until serving time. Stir well before serving; thin to desired consistency with additional water, if necessary. Garnish as desired.
