1 pkg. of Creamettes macaroni, cooked 7 oz. size 3 eggs, beaten 1 can of Hunts tomato sauce (1 lb. 13 oz.) size 6 Italian sausages, skinned, cooked, crumbled, drained 2 lg. bell peppers, diced, remove seeds 2 med. or 1 lg. onion, peeled, cut in half, sliced thin 1 can of mushrooms, drained, bits and pieces or 8 oz. of fresh sliced Sliced or shredded Mozzarella cheese to cover evenly Black olives, sliced Cover all with pepperoni slices (thin), Hormel 8 oz. 15 x 10 cookie sheet 3/4 inch deep or better. Before putting cheese on, sprinkle with extra oregano and Italian seasoning to taste. Cook Creamettes as per instructions, drain and mix with beaten eggs. Moisten cookie sheet with olive oil, few drops. Pour macaroni and egg mixture on sheet, level out and cover with tomato sauce. Scatter the rest of the ingredients over sauce, cover with cheese. Cover cheese with olive slices and pepperoni slices. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes (preheated oven). Let set 5 minutes, cut and serve, freezes well. |
