ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
6 (6 inch) zucchini, not real lg. around
1/2 lb. bacon, chopped and browned
1 lg. can chopped green chilies
1 can cream style corn
8 crackers, crushed
1 sm. jar pimentos, chopped
1 sm. can ripe olives, sliced
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Brown bacon and remove from pan. Saute onion and zucchini in bacon grease. Mix together all ingredients except cheeses, pour into casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Heat until bubbly.
