BROCCOLI TUNA CHOWDER 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. butter
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. tarragon, crumbled
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. milk
10 oz. broccoli
6 1/2 oz. tuna
8 oz. sour cream

Saute first 3 ingredients. Add next 4 ingredients and stir. Add milk, broccoli and tuna; stir and cover. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat, but DO NOT BOIL.
