CHICKEN AND DRESSING | |
4 c. cooked chicken (2 lg. breasts) 1 pkg. peas 2 sm. carrots 1 c. chicken broth and 1 can cream of chicken soup (made into a medium sauce) 3 c. croutons, prepared according to pkg. directions Mix all together and put in a greased casserole. Sprinkle prepared croutons over top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. |
