BANANA SPLIT DESSERT 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 sticks butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 or 4 bananas
1 lb. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 lg. container Cool Whip
Nuts, crushed
Maraschino cherries, halved
Hershey's chocolate syrup

Allow two sticks of butter to soften. Set aside. Melt remaining stick of butter. To it, add graham cracker crumbs and mix. Press mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together: softened butter, powdered sugar, eggs and vanilla to form a thick custard. Pour into prepared pan. Add layer by layer over the custard: Thinly sliced bananas, pineapple, Cool Whip, nuts (sprinkle them) and cherries. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
