1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer
40 cloves garlic
1 bottle Italian dressing

Stuff chicken with garlic. Roast, loosely covered with foil, in a 375 degree oven for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 185 degrees. Baste occasionally with Italian dressing. Delicious hot or cold.
