LASAGNA 
1 (48 oz.) spaghetti sauce, I use Ragu
1 lb. cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 lb. ground beef
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
Lasagna noodles (approx. 10 noodles)

Boil noodles according to package directions. Mix eggs and cottage cheese together. Drain noodles thoroughly. Grease the bottom of a large baking dish.

Layer noodles, cottage cheese mixture, layer of sauce and cheese. Repeat layer of noodles, cottage cheese mixture, cheese and sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let set for 15 minutes before slicing.
