“REMARKABLE FUDGE” IS IN:

REMARKABLE FUDGE 
4 cups sugar
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk (Carnation)
pinch of salt (optional)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme (Kraft)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Combine sugar, milk, salt and butter; cook to soft ball stage (234-240°F on candy thermometer).

Remove from heat at once. Add chocolate, marshmallow creme, vanilla and nuts; mix well.

Pour at once onto a large greased cookie sheet.

Cooks Note: Use of a candy thermometer is recommended.
