50% WHOLE WHEAT BUNS 
2 tbsp. yeast
4 c. warm water
1 c. sugar

Mix and let stand 10 minutes. 2 beaten eggs 2 tsp. salt 6 c. whole wheat flour

Add. Beat on high speed with mixer for 4 minutes. Add 6 cups white flour to make a soft dough. Knead 10 minutes. Let rise twice. Shape. Let rise. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
