HOT SEAFOOD SALAD 
2 c. COOKED rice
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 lb. chopped cook shrimp
1/2 lb. crab pieces or 6 1/2 oz. can
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. sliced almonds
1 c. Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients together. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
