1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2/3 c. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/3 c. water
2/3 c. tomato juice or tomato sauce
1/4 c. butter
2 sm. onions, finely chopped

Mix well and pour over meat or chicken; arrange in pan and bake slowly.
