CHOCOLATE CHIP ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
1/2 tsp. milk
1 1/2 c. grated zucchini
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chocolate chips

Cream butter, oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk. Beat well and then stir in grated zucchini. Spoon into a greased bundt pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
