PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 c. Pillsbury's Best all purpose or unbleached flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl beat sugar, brown sugar, and butter until light and fluffy. Add peanut butter, milk, vanilla and eggs; beat well. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Add flour, baking soda and salt and mix well. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets; flatten balls in criss cross pattern with fork dipped in sugar. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
