PECAN SUGAR COOKIE CUPS | |
1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookie dough Cut into 9 slices. Cut each slice into 4 pieces. Put in miniature muffin pan (one piece in each cup) and shape to form cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes or just starting to brown. Remove from oven and spoon in 1 teaspoon filling in each cup. Put back in oven 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. FILLING: 1 1/2 tbsp. butter 4 tbsp. brown sugar 1 1/2 tbsp. milk 3/4 c. coconut 1/2 c. chopped nuts Melt butter, milk and brown sugar. Add coconut and nuts. |
