5 med. potatoes
1/8 c. butter
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. chopped onion
Salt and pepper

Boil potatoes in jackets, cool, peel and grate. Melt butter, stir in cheese, add potatoes and sour cream. Put in shallow, greased dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
