SPINACH NOODLE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen spinach
1 (12 oz.) pkg. curly noodles
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1/2 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
1 tsp. minced dried onion

Cook noodles and drain. Cook spinach and drain. Mix together spinach, noodles, onion and sour cream. In 9"x9" casserole layer spinach and noodle mixture with cheese, ending with cheese on top. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
