MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
1/4 head lettuce
4 lg. Romaine leaves
1/4 c. bacos or bacon bits
1/4 c. slivered almonds
Green onions
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained

DRESSING:

1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
Dash of Tabasco

Combine all ingredients, except dressing. Mix dressing; pour over salad and serve in bowl lined with chilled Romaine leaves. Serves 4-6.
