EASY - AS - A - MIX PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water (110 degrees)
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

You can buy a crust ready made, but a homemade crust tastes better.

SAUCE:

1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. onion powder or 1 tbsp. grated onion
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

TOPPING:

Shredded mozzarella cheese
1 med. green pepper, cut into strips

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in flour, oil, sugar and salt; beat about 25 strokes. Cover and let rest about 5 minutes while preparing the sauce. Stir in the seasonings. Divide dough in half. With greased fingers. Spread each half thinly on 2 greased pizza pans. Cover with sauce. Add desired cheese. Top with optional green pepper. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve and eat. Serves about 4 people.
