RUSSIAN TEA CAKE 
2 c. flour (white or 1 c. white and 1 c. whole wheat)
2 c. sugar (can reduce to 1 c.)
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
20 oz. crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins

Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan. Bake cake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool completely.

ICING:

1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Cream vanilla, cream cheese and butter; add powdered sugar.
