CABBAGE-BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 onion, sliced
1 lb. ground beef
1 head cabbage, sliced
1 can tomato soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown beef and onion, season to taste. Put half of cabbage in large casserole, cover with beef, top with remaining cabbage. Pour soup over the top and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
